Ethan Long is an award-winning and internationally recognized creator of children’s content working across books, television, and digital media.

He is known for his bold cartoon art, physical comedy, expressive characters, visual gags, and stories about creativity, friendship, and fitting in.

He is the creator of the Emmy-nominated Scribbles and Ink, currently available on PBS KIDS and Epic!, and the Emmy-nominated short-form series Tasty Time with ZeFronk on Disney Junior.

In publishing, Ethan is the author and/or illustrator of more than 150 children’s books, including The Letter Setters, Fright Club, Chamelia, Big Cat, Pug, Give Me Back My Book!, Tickle the Duck, and the Geisel Medal-winning Up! Tall! and High!. He has also illustrated major series such as Stick Dog by Tom Watson, Junior Monster Scouts by Joe McGee, and the Dog Meets Dog graphic chapter books.

He lives in New York City.
